Dr. Kupferman is extremely experienced and knowledgeable. I have been a patient for 20+ years and highly recommend her. My daughters (in their 20's) are also patients. We all find Dr. Kupferman to be straightforward and professional. And, her new office space is beautiful!

Dr.Kupferman has been my doctor for more than 15 years. Her extensive knowledge & experience in urogynecology sets her apart from other physicians. She is able to offer an alternative to estrogen therapy which is very important to me.

I had a procedure done by Dr.Kupferman and she knew what she was doing. She even came to check up on me after I had awoken from anesthesia to make sure I was okay. She was very knowledgeable and I appreicate her expert care. The staff were all very friendly and helpful as well. I would recommend Dr. Kupferman if you are looking for an Ob/Gyn!

The wait time was reasonable. The doctor was attentive and focused. She did seem tired and worn out and never smiled. Hopefully she is taking a vacation soon. She clearly explained my options. I loved that she faced me and read my history and took notes. We agreed on a plan and set up the next appointment. I felt that she was thorough and responsive to my questions.

I was so worried about a medical issue and so glad to get an appointment with Dr. Kupferman. She listened and understood what I wanted to find out what was worrying me. After the exam, she showed me pictures of what was happening and made me feel so much better with her explanations. She gave me an option, and I always value their expertise. If I want to do a procedure, she indicated how that would work, or it is ok to not do anything right now. I was comfortable being able to talk with her, and left with a plan if I wanted to do the procedure. She is very professional and easy to talk to. Dr. Kupferman has been my gynecologist for over 10 years. From annual checkups to surgery, she has handled it all for me. She listens to my concerns and presents options and knowledgeable care plans As I age, it's great that she is also a specialist in urology to deal with those issues. I like her new location which is central to all of the Totem Lake medical facilities. The offices are bright, modern and comfortable. Check in was friendly and efficient. I definitely recommend her.

I made an appointment this summer to address ongoing issues with pain and very heavy bleeding due to fibroids. This visit was after I’d gotten 4+ transvaginal ultrasounds that produced clear fibroid growth and I was emotionally and physically exhausted from being shunned and untreated by doctors. My appointment with Dr. Kupferman was no different. She had an incredibly cold demeanor and I felt very rushed to try to explain my symptoms while she was in the room. I felt like an inconvenience and it was very uncomfortable.
